If you are looking for the thinking beyond the reviews, you have landed on the right page. While eating is a basic, simple activity that generates irrational reactions, it is also deeply steeped in culture, zeitgeist and personal experience. Hence, why not create a section for thoughts, questions, rants, suggestions and anything in between? This section was almost called the mixed bag at one point, but that seemed too vague!
Most of the topics I am writing about here will be food related, though don’t hold me to that. Everyone needs a soapbox to stand on every now and then!
With my exploration of entry-level, Single Malt Whiskies aged only in ex-bourbon casks coming to an end, it is time to round up my impressions. Like a little game of “Kiss-Marry-Kill”, but for whisky.
